When you first log in to RealScale, right there on your dash is an overview of a number of important reports. We've placed these here to make it very easy for you a quick overview of your company's numbers.
Gross Commission Income & Broker Net Income
Here you can view projected incomes broken down into each available listing status. To view the exact number, simply hover over the status.
Total Office Production
Here, you can view total office production broken down into several helpful categories: Last year, past 12 months, the brokerage goal for the current year, year-to-date contracted & closed properties, and finally the properties the brokerage currently has listed or coming soon.
Production by Agent/Leaderboard
Below, you can also view the same categories broken out by each agent, so you can easily view how other agents are doing.
By default, every agent automatically appears on the 'Leaderboard'. It's a good way to build some healthy competition in the team & most of our clients leave it active for that reason. Agents however can't view other agent's actual transactions or any contact info associated with their transactions/clients, and likewise on the 'Production Reports' page (https://app.realscale.com/v2/production_reports) each agent can only view their own data.
That said, it's easy to remove any agent from the Leaderboard. To do that, just go to the 'Profile' page, and turn off the 'Show production on homepage' button.
