Keeping relevant documents linked to a transaction in Transactify is fantastic for ensuring you have your bases covered, and that you can always locate a document if you need to later on. No more digging around in your email or Dropbox folder trying to find that missing survey.

 

Likewise, you and anyone in your office team that you've included on your transaction can also see what documents the team has received. This helps facilitate better communication and a smoother transaction!

 

  • There are a couple of ways to get to the documents on a transaction.

  • First, from the Transactions tab, you can click 'Manage', then 'Documents' for the transaction.




  • Or, from the main transaction page, you can just click 'Documents'.


  • Above, you also can see, beneath 'Address', a quick overview of some of documents you have or what's missing.

  • Here, we can now see the documents available on this transaction. For this particular project, you'll see that the only document we've received is the seller's disclosure notice.



  • Simply click view to review the document, or edit/delete if you need to make changes or remove it. If you'd like to download it, you can do so by clicking 'View' and then clicking the 'Download' button on the document viewer.



  • If you want to upload a document, just click 'Browse...' on the field relevant to the document and select the document you'd like to upload.

  • Don't see a field for the document you want to upload? No worries, just click 'New Document' and you can enter in whatever you like.
