If you're receiving a referral payment from another agent/broker and want to record it in Transactify, here's how to do that.
First, click 'New' and create a new 'Buyer' or 'Seller' representation transaction. Enter all the required information that you normally would enter.
Under Financials, enter $1 as the Price. Enter the total referral payment dollar amount in the Gross Commission Income field, and enter the split percentage for the deal.
Note: Entering $1 as the total sales price ensures that the actual sales numbers on the Production Reports page remain accurate.
Then click 'Save Transaction' and you're good to go!
