Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDA) are documents that you can send to escrow with instructions on how they can distribute funds at closing.
With RealScale, CDAs will be automatically generated for you when you change a transaction status to the 'Disbursement Authorized' status. RealScale will also automatically itemize the CDA based on your transactions' financials, and it will automatically pull in each payee's payment preferences. For example, any payees, referrals, in-office payees, and fees will appear on your CDA automatically when present on the transaction.
