Entering listings into Transactify will take you ~3 minutes after you've learned how to do it. Here's how to get started.

  • Log into Transactify

  • Under "Transactions" at the top, select "view all transactions"

  • Then select "new" and choose if you are representing a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant.

  • Company Team:

  • Status: Enter the status of the transaction.

  • Dates: Then, you can enter any relevant dates you have. Dates entered into a transaction will automatically create calendar events for each date. You can subscribe to Transactify's calendar with your Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar and receive these events automatically.

    • If you don't have a particular date locked in yet (for instance, 'Executed Date') then you can leave it blank.

    • If there's a date you want to include (for instance, walkthroughs, staging, option period expiration) but it did not show up automatically, you can click 'Add More Dates' and enter the date.

  • Clients: Next, we'll enter client information under 'Clients'.

    • If this is a client you've worked with before, you can simply type their name into the search field and select them from the menu.

    • If you have not worked with this client before, you can select 'New Contact' and enter their information.

  • Repeat this same contact entry process for 'Cooperating Agent', 'Cooperating Broker', 'Title Officer', 'Title Company', and 'Lender'.

    • If this is a cash deal, you can simply enter 'Cash' instead of a lender's contact info.

  • Property Address: Next, enter the full property address in the 'Property Address' section.

  • Financials: Go to 'Financials' & enter the financial information. When you're ready to get your DA, Transactify will use the Financials information entered here to generate the DA. (Don't worry, you can always change these numbers later as needed.)

    • Commission & agent split information will automatically calculate all of the commission amounts.

    • Fees: If you have any fees (E&O, Admin fee, CTC), you can add these here. Just click 'Add Fee', enter the amount, what the fee is for, and define if these should be charged before or after the split. These fees will automatically calculate into the commission amounts.

  • Payee: Next, if you have a Payee, you can enter them here, and define how much they should receive. If you have no Payee, just leave this blank.

  • Marketing Source:

    • Lead Source: Select where this lead came from. This is super important for gaining insight into where your transactions are coming from, so be sure you get an accurate Lead Source selected.

    • Marketing Notes: Next, you can enter any 'Marketing Notes' you'd like to include.

    • Company Lead: Select if this was a company-provided lead or not.

    • Referral: If this deal was referred to you, you can select 'Yes' and enter contact info for whoever referred the business to you (and then thank them!). If this was not a referral, simply leave 'No' selected.

  • When this is all complete, click the green 'Create Transaction' button.

  • Congrats, you're done entering the transaction!

    • You will be directed to the main Transaction Page once completed. You can return to this page anytime you need to get some information on the transaction, or make changes to anything. From here, you can also send out emails, set up tasks for yourself, add notes in for yourself or your team. If you already have listing documents, then you can upload them here.
